What do I need to provide before we start?
We begin with a FREE consultation to understand your business, current website, and goals. From there, we’ll assess whether you need a new website or an upgrade, then make clear recommendations to guide the next steps.
How do I know which package is right for me?
If you are starting from scratch, choose New Website Builder. If you already have a site that needs improvement, choose Website Upgrades. If you need ongoing support, choose Website Management.
Do you only design the website or do you also build it?
We do both. UPSite can assist with the strategy, design, copy structure, build, and launch so your website is ready to go live.
Can you add integration tools?
Yes. We can integrate tools that make your website easier to use, including enquiry forms, WhatsApp buttons, chatbots, booking systems, payment links, and e-commerce features.
How long does it take to build a website?
Most websites take between 2–4 weeks, depending on the number of pages, content readiness, features needed, and feedback turnaround time.
